Join Milly Rees in this Superfood masterclass, centring on creating healthy and delicious dishes, super salads and feel-good baking using ancient grains, energy packed seeds and fabulous berries. Explore and discover how to tackle newly available and sometimes unfamiliar ingredients to kick start an exciting new way of eating. Bake with spelt, make puddings with chia seed, bliss out with blueberries and learn how to add warmth with ginger and turmeric. This workshop will show you how to use these exciting ingredients to make delicious and nutritious dishes to eat in or take away.

The Shropshire Way 80K (Shropshire Way)
Starting at 9am on Saturday 28th April, this mass participation walk must be completed within 24 hours. The route is 80km (50 miles) and will be taking in some of the finest parts of the Shropshire Hills AONB. You will be taken through the very best of Shropshire’s undiscovered landscape and some of its hidden market towns where you will be able to sample some of the wonderful local produce that this area has to offer as you pass through our checkpoints. Starting and finishing here at the Centre, you will be treated to breakfast as you complete.
